Dear, Friends:
*IMPORTANT*For maximum effect, this post is best read while listening to the Rocky theme song.
It's week 1 of 20. Time to do like Rocky Balboa and stomp some stairs. Usually I'll have a section called "What have you done for me lately" that will give highlights of recent progress. Obviously nothing to report since we're just launching.
Below is my WAP (Weekly Action Plan) for the week. I'm committing to the following actions listed under my goals:
1. Change 30 lives
Have 4 good conversations
I'm happy to have a job where I can counsel others and actually make an impact. My goal is to have four good conversations with the people I come in contact with this week - whether it's at work or elsewhere. I'll be there to listen to that person who never gets heard. I'll speak from a place that harbors no bias. Sometimes the right words can be the best medicine.
Eat breakfast everyday.
I'm a habitual skipper of breakfast. The most important meal of the day considering you're literally breaking your fast from the time you were asleep. I'm going to need those carbs. Check out some items on the menu:
Work out major muscle groups.
Sooooo, I went surfing yesterday for the second time ever. I tried to drop in on a big boy wave and got eaten up while the fin on my board also did some eating of my foot. But that

Find the most cost effective car insurance
Money, money, money. This week I will see how much I can knock off one of my fixed expenses.
4. Develop and present business plan to five investors
Spend 15 minutes everyday this week dedicated to my own business
There's a lot that goes into a start up business. I don't want to overwelm myself from the jump so I have decided that this week I will only spend 15 minutes a day on collecting my thoughts.
I really need the help of my readers here. What's the best way to study Spanish these days? Tell me in the comments below, please!
Read minimum one hour each night before bed.
The first book I will open is one that's been sitting in my Nook for months: Motherless Brooklyn by Jonathon Lethem. It's a thriller about a detective with Tourette Syndrome and I found listed on Tim Ferriss's blog as one of the Top 10 Fiction Book for Non-Fiction Addicts.
I challenge you Pikachu!
In the comment box list one of your goals and a goaling action you'll take THIS WEEK. Remember you can always post as anonymous :)
